Choose the work the order needs

A buyer can hire one provider for a single task or several for different stages. Supplier search and verification belong before a deposit. Inspection belongs before shipment while the lot can still be held. Warehousing, packaging, FBA prep, and freight are planned from the released goods and final carton data.

What to prepare before you contact a provider

Keep your own record of the product, quantity, destination, required date, and any supplier or marketplace links. A measured specification is useful but not required for the first conversation. List the questions you cannot answer yet so a provider's quote shows how it will close them.

The buyer approves the specification, sample, supplier, budget, and shipment release. A provider's written quote should state the work, fee, known separate costs, and files delivered.
