Wholesale Sourced collects only the contact details you send us. This policy explains what we keep, what we do not run, and how to request deletion.
Wholesale Sourced is a sourcing agency site. It does not ship analytics pixels, advertising tags, or account systems in the current build.
What we collect
If you email hello@wholesalesourced.com or submit an inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, product details, and any optional contact information you provide. The form is processed by our site worker and delivered to the sourcing desk by email. Hosting and security services may record IP addresses, requested URLs, and abuse-prevention results.
How we use it
Contact details are used to reply about sourcing, inspection, or shipping. We do not sell inquiry lists or use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Inquiry mail is kept as long as the commercial conversation is active, then according to ordinary business-record practice. Send a deletion request to the same address if you want a stored inquiry removed.
Search
On-site search runs in the browser against a static JSON index. The query is not sent to an application server, though the host may log requests for the search page and index file.
Changes
Material changes to this policy update the page date above.
