These terms govern access to and use of the Wholesale Sourced website, its procurement guides, checklists, and calculation tools.
Content and tools
Guides and calculators present supply-chain workflows, contract frameworks, and cost models based on the statutory and industry standards cited on each page. Calculator outputs depend on the carton, tariff, and fee parameters entered by the user.
Verification of transaction terms
Buyers are responsible for confirming final product specifications, supplier registration records, AQL acceptance criteria, freight tariffs, and customs entry filings with their contracted suppliers, carriers, and licensed customs brokers for each shipment.
Third-party providers
Any supplier, inspection agency, freight forwarder, or customs broker engaged by a buyer operates under the buyer’s separate commercial agreement with that counterparty.
