Terms of Service
Terms for using Wholesale Sourced, including sourcing inquiries, quotes, inspections, and shipping arranged through our China desk.
These terms apply to the Wholesale Sourced website and to sourcing, inspection, warehousing, and shipping work you ask us to start.
Quotes and orders
A web form or email is a request, not a purchase order. Work starts after both sides confirm scope, commission, and payment method in writing.
Commission
Fees are usually a percentage of goods value, stated before we place a purchase. Extra inspections, special packing, or translator days are quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You own the product specification, sample approval, and the accept or reject decision. We do not ship a lot as passed without your sign-off when an inspection finds a material defect.
Liability
We are not the manufacturer. Factory defects, carrier delay, and customs decisions sit with the parties named on the commercial documents. Our role is coordination and the inspections we agreed to perform.
Site use
Do not scrape the site in a way that overloads hosting, and do not present our guides as your own inspection report.
